Learning to Breathe

Album: Tango

Some time after a hard panic attack I went to the studio to see if I could find the value in it. I laid down a gold layer for the strenuous prayer, and segmented the fear into manageable boxes. There’s a difference between re-living and remembering a terrible moment. I do practice painting pain from memory rather than re-living it, but the veil is thin between the two sometimes.
