Pink has been used to stereotype the female, the Woman; we are all familiar with that soft unthreatening un-nuanced featureless minimizing shade of pink. That is a mistake. Woman, taken as an amalgam of all women’s abilities, talents, ambitions, and contributions to the human family, is the treasure of the human race. No religion, no party, no society that forever denigrates the source of its life energy – women – will flourish, nor should it.
